1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the ak44 platform ("ak44" or "we") and the registered user of the site ("member" or "you"). The ak44casino.cam website, its mobile app, and all related services are governed by these Terms.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

ak44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

To create an account on ak44 and use all services, a person must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may create only one account. Maintaining more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• More than one active account from the same IP address is not permitted.
• Account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

2.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ak44 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from the use of your account without your knowledge.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

ak44 is a 21+ platform. For the purpose of verifying information provided at registration, ak44 may at any time request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address from a member. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Any one of the following documents is acceptable for KYC verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (for proof of age)
• Driving Licence

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ak44 supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods. The key terms regarding deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others).
• Upon a successful deposit, funds will be credited to your account immediately.
• Sending payments in a third party's name is strictly prohibited. The payment method ownership and account holder name must match.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed without successful KYC verification.
• The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

If any bonus wagering requirements have not been met at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal request will not be processed. Details on bonus conditions are provided in the next section.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ak44 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus-related terms are set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,200 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,200 — before withdrawal, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not use more than one bonus at the same time.
• A bonus may only be used by the account holder.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings obtained after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• The validity period of a bonus is generally set at 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• ak44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at its discretion, particularly if a member is found to have abused the bonus system.

6 Game Rules and Betting Terms

The ak44 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Separate rules apply to each game or betting category. However, the following general terms apply to all types of bets:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was not properly recorded due to a technical error.
• In the event of a technical game error, ak44 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original amount.
• In sports betting, if the odds change, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is a punishable offence.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Game results determined by the software of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, and others) shall be considered final. Data recorded in the game provider's system will be treated as conclusive evidence in dispute resolution.

7 Prohibited Activities

If a member engages in any of the following activities, their account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false age.
• Operating more than one account for the same individual.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using fraudulent or illegal payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ak44 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for KYC verification within the specified time.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

A member may also voluntarily close their account at any time through the support team. If all wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, any remaining bonus balance will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

ak44 endeavours to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, ak44 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game session or bet is interrupted due to an internet connection failure or technical issue.
• If loss occurs due to a fault in a third-party game provider's software.
• If financial loss occurs due to your own negligence in disclosing login credentials.
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable event.

In all circumstances, ak44's maximum liability will be limited to the net deposit amount held in the relevant member's account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
